The Redmen Hockey School, is above all a team of professional coaches headed by Martin Raymond, a university level head coach for the McGill Redmen.

Martin Raymond - Head Instructor

A graduate in Physical Education and a Masters in Psychology, Martin is well qualified and excited to take on the responsibilities as Head Coach of the program. His current role as a coach is complemented by his days as a player where he was member of Team Canada (Spengler Cup 1991).

Over the years, Martin has built a reputation of being passionate about hockey and an extremely strong educator. For this reason, it was no coincidence that the Montreal Canadiens asked him to run practices during their rookie camp in 1997. Martin was recently named head coach of the Q uebec under 17 team for the 2003-2004 season. In the 2005-2006 season he coached the Redmen to the OUA East Championship and CIS Nationals.
